With the start of the ‘year of griffin’ in Hearthstone the new set of cards and its classic format will appear.
And later, a new addition of “forged in the barrens” will be released as well as the mode “mercenary”.

The year of the griffin in Hearthstone:
- In the game, the main set of 235 cards will appear. Set of cards the year of Dragon. Also basic and classic sets will be transferred to a free format.
- The classic format will be released with upgrade 20.0 and will allow playing Hearthstone set of cards from the very first version of the game launched in 2014. For 240 original cards included in a classic format, all balance’s changes will be canceled.
- The “Mercenary Hearthstone» mode was created as a strategic RPG with the tasks “roguelike” style, which every time offers new tests. To complete it you are going to have to collect the squad of the Warcraft heroes. Details will be announced later.
- An addition of “forged in the barrens” will be released in the spring and will contain 135 new cards.
The remaster Diablo II was announced at the BlizzConline presentation earlier.
The reprint’s release will be happening in 2021 on PC and consoles with cross-platform progress.
According to developers, they have kept the original RPG code improving only the visual part.
That is why it will still be the same game.
