After the first gaming week, the world championship PUBG left mixed impressions: difficulties of CIS teams, domination of players from Asia and America, mistakes of favorites. Unfortunately, most of it only increased in the second stage of the championship.
Weekly Survival
If in the first week NAVI and VP quite fast have won on the map and went to the finals, so this time get to the top-1 was not so easy. Natus Vincere after the first-week disaster couldn’t get over it. The team often lost at the start of the game with minimum kills even though the last game ended in third place. Overboard of Top-16 also unexpectedly stayed TSM and Susquehanna Soniqs. But from the 1st try Chinese quartet MultiCircle Gaming got in, even though was losing the first week. The last match unexpectedly won Taiwanese GEX, which was a surprise since they had only two chances to get into the Weekly Finals.
Weekly Finals
In the final of the second week ended up four teams from Asia. They have presented an unbelievably effective game and took all the main prizes. 4AM collected the most points getting themselves total victory and 50 thousand dollars. Combined with the first week Top-3 bonus winning amount is $62,500 and the first place in the total rating.
Infantry – the team from China as well became a second.
Third place took the current world champions Gen.G Esports from South Korea. And diluted the Asian company, the Fennish quartet ENCE.
Virtus.pro couldn’t participate in the battle for the Top-4. They had too many unlucky maps. And the only VP’s victory related to an absolutely unreal fact: each zone helped only them, destroying favorites. Unfortunately, the only one Top-1 on the background of the common instability was not enough.

Monday will be an off day traditionally, after that teams will be fighting on the third stage. It is last before the general pause and the Survival Tournament event. More details will be released later. The prize fund for the third week will be $200,000, the winner will get half of it.
Weekly Survival matches will be held from Tuesday to Thursday.
16 winners will be going to the finale. Virtus,pro will start from game one, NAVI will perform from the tenth match because did not perform well in the consolation tournament for losers of the second week.
The finals will be on Saturday and Sunday. Each playing day starts at 1 pm Moscow time. Traditionally the official broadcast is available in VK. Also, former cyber sportsmen and commentators as Draynis or POKAMOLODOY, for example, do live streaming on the Twitch tournament.
