The DC Comics company signed up an agreement with Epic Games about a new cross-over about Batman in the Fortnite universe. This time the best detective of Gotham is going to “Battle Royal ” in the comics itself not in the game.
The name of the arc is Batman / Fortnite: Zero Point. The first six episodes will be released on the 20th of April. In May and June, another two episodes will be launched. And on the 6th of Jule, the series will end with the huge final episode.
The story of Batman / Fortnite: Zero Point tells about the unexpected appearance of a rift in reality above Gotham. When Batman decides to examine the anomaly, he is pulled into a time loop. And he ends up in a Fortnite world. There Batman continues to investigate, meets the heroes of the game universe, and keeps searching for ways to return home. By the way, in Fortnite, the rift in reality is called Zero Point. According to the creator’s plan, it is the reason for the most crossovers appearing in the current season and explains how the heroes from different game and movie universes keep coming in.
This is not the first crossover about Batman and Fortnite. In 2019 The Dark Knight and Cat-Woman appeared as skins together with the biome of Gotham City on the game map. Later Epic Games released skins for Harley Quinn, Joker, and Poison Ivy as well.
