The IEM Katowice 2022 championship will begin on February 15, at the LAN in Katowice, with a prize pool of $1 million.
From February 15 to 16, the CS:GO tournament will host the Play-In stage, after which the eight teams participating in the group stage will be determined.
Groups will play February 17 to 20 with 16 teams divided into two groups of eight in the GSL format, best-of-three matches. The top 3 of each group will advance to the playoffs.
The playoffs will be held from February 25 to 27 in a Single elimination format. Best-of-three matches and best-of-five for Grand Final.
