The LoL World Championship Grand Final, for the first time since 2017, will be without a Chinese team

On November 6, the League of Legends World Championship Grand Final will be held between the Korean squads of T1 and DRX. This is the first finals of this tournament since 2017 that will not feature a team from China.

In 2021, the Chinese region was represented by EDward Gaming in the decisive match, in 2020 by Suning, in 2019 by FunPlus Phoenix, and in 2018 by Invictus Gaming.

Earlier, the LoL World Championship banned the choice of hero Orianna because of a bug.
