The Russian esports organization Virtus.pro reported on their official website that they are closing the Fortnite discipline squad. By that time there were three players and one streamer.
The general manager Sergey Glamazda told about the reasons for leaving Fortnite but doesn’t exclude the possibility of coming back.
«It was a hard decision for us to leave Fortnite. We gathered many charismatic and talented people in, not all of whom are players. Moreover, we’ve always been happy with our sports results. Eco-system Fortnite works as such as players do not need the teams. Also, Epic Games doesn’t allow squads with some sponsors who are interested in the game to cooperate.
It is possible that the situation will change and a Virtus.pro will return in the discipline», — commented the situation Sergey Glamazda.
“Bears” opened the squad in Fortnite for the first time in 2018. The first players are Artur 7ssk7 Kursgin and Jamal Jamside Saydaev.
